HEAVY’s features are as follows;
- External tube made by 3mm thickness St52 grade steel sheet and has upright pressed strings. This gives extra strength to the leg.
- The sheet is profiled as U and back plate is welded along with U profile. By this way. external tube is completed and gains advantages against variable dynamic forces. Leg is capable to carry 60ton static loads.
- A genuine designed made by St 52 shoes redound strength, esthetical appearance and lightness.
- Two pieces external gear box covers protects the gear mechanism from exterior impacts.
- One type of back plate (no top/middle/bottom plate) allows all kind of mounting varieties.
- Specially designed gear mechanism allows 0.5mm/rev at low gear and 5.6mm/rev at high gear.
- Long lasting and sturdy special alloy gears allow to lift 35ton static loads.
- Ultimate paint technology is applied. Elektro static powder prime and final coating gives excellent paint performance.
